Approach: The client initially thought that the investment was a bit too steep. After we showed him with the ROI data on paper, he was still hesitating. He then made a mortgage on the investment and would like to see how well it would do. After the first payment from Ofgem, he was so pleased on what he had got and he has intention to invest more boilers in the near future.
